Detailed introduction

● Uses and Key Features

The YQP (CJ) series hydraulic safety (emergency) brake is a high-power braking device designed for use on low-speed shafts (drum shafts), making it widely applicable as an emergency safety brake for the low-speed shafts of lifting mechanisms in large and medium-sized cranes, port handling equipment, and boom-lifting systems.

The service brakes and emergency safety brakes for mining winches, hoists, and high-power incline-type belt conveyors; the safety brakes for cable car and ropeway crane drive mechanisms; and the low-speed shaft safety (emergency) brakes for lifting mechanisms of specialized cranes such as casting cranes.

● Terms of Use

Constantly closed design, safe and reliable; braking achieved by disc spring force, with hydraulic actuation for release.

Highly responsive with a short closing (upper gate) time.

It can be equipped with gate limit switches and liner wear limit switches, enabling interlock protection and fault indication (when using PLC control).

High-performance, asbestos-free rigid friction pads with a stable coefficient of friction, designed not to damage brake discs and insensitive to water-based environments and salt spray (seawater).

Reasonable sealing structure design and imported brand-name seals. They deliver excellent performance and boast a long service life.

Flexible installation location, and simple to use, adjust, and maintain.

Hydraulic station available as an option.
