● Uses and Key Features

Widely used in mechanical drive systems for lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, construction, and other applications—primarily for deceleration or parking braking.

The installation dimensions and braking torque parameters comply with GB 6333-86, while the technical requirements meet JB/T 6406-2006.

Performance is safe and reliable, braking is smooth, and the operating frequency is high.

The main oscillating fork is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency and eliminating the need for lubrication during operation.

The braking spring is arranged inside the spring tube and features a braking torque scale on one side.

Card-mounted insert-type brake pads: asbestos-free, safe and reliable, with convenient and quick replacement.

Interlocking equal-backlash mechanism: During operation, it consistently maintains equal clearance between the brake shoes on both sides, preventing uneven clearance that could cause one side of the brake lining to float and stick against the brake wheel.

Additional settings can be added or modified according to customer requirements.

Ambient temperature: -20°C to 50°C.

The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 90%.

The installation altitude complies with GB755-2008.

Flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases are prohibited in the work environment.

Otherwise, explosion-proof or corrosion-resistant products should be used.
