● Uses and Key Features

Widely used in mechanical drive systems for lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, terminals, construction, and other applications—primarily for deceleration or parking braking.

The installation dimensions and braking torque parameters comply with JB/ZQ4388-1997, while the technical requirements meet JB/T6406-2006.

Performance is safe and reliable, braking is smooth, operational frequency is high, and braking torque is adjustable.

The main oscillating rocker arm is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency and eliminating the need for lubrication during operation.

The braking spring is housed within the spring tube and equipped with a torque scale. The braking torque is displayed intuitively and can be easily adjusted.

The asbestos-free brake pads and brake shoes feature a clip-in, insert-style design that is safe, reliable, and allows for convenient, quick replacement.

Interlocking Equal-Travel Device: During operation, it consistently maintains equal travel distance between the brake shoes on both sides, preventing uneven travel that could cause one side of the brake lining to float and press against the brake wheel.

Ambient temperature: -20°C to 50°C.

The relative humidity of the air is no more than 90%.

The installation altitude complies with GB755-2008.

Flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases are prohibited in the work environment. Otherwise, explosion-proof or corrosion-resistant products must be used.
