● Uses and Key Features

Primarily used for braking the traveling mechanism of crane trolleys and as a working brake for belt conveyors. This series of brakes features a two-stage braking system. The braking time of the second stage can be adjusted via a unidirectional flow control valve. The braking process is smooth, ensuring safety and reliability.

Installation dimensions comply with DIN15435 and JB/T7021-2006 standards.

The main oscillating rocker arm is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, offering high transmission efficiency and a long service life.

Equal-clearance device prevents the brake lining from floating against the brake wheel.

Outdoor exposure to rain, snow, or corrosive gases and media requires the use of corrosion-resistant products.

● Terms of Use

Ambient temperature: -20°C to 50°C.

The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 90%.

The installation altitude complies with GB755-2008.

Flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases are prohibited in the work environment. Otherwise, explosion-proof or corrosion-resistant products must be used.
