● Uses and Key Features
Primarily used for deceleration and braking in the trolley travel mechanisms of various medium- and small-sized cranes, including those employed in lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, terminals, and construction machinery.
The installation dimensions of the TWZ model comply with JB/ZQ4388-1997. The installation dimensions of the TWZ(B) product comply with German DIN 15435 and JB/T7021-2006.
The interlocking equal-backlash device ensures that the clearance between the brake shoes on both sides remains consistently uniform during operation, completely preventing the phenomenon of one side's brake lining floating away from the brake wheel due to uneven clearance.
The main oscillating fork is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency and eliminating the need for lubrication during operation.
The brake pads and brake shoes are securely and reliably fastened using a snap-in design, making replacement convenient and quick.
