YPZ (CJ) Series Electric Hydraulic Disc Brake
Category:
Disc Actuators
Detailed introduction
● Uses and Key Features
Suitable for deceleration, parking braking, and safety protection in various mechanisms of large-scale specialized loading and unloading machinery, lifting and transportation equipment, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, and construction machinery.
Performance is safe and reliable, braking is smooth, operational frequency is high, and braking torque is adjustable.
The main oscillating rocker arm is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency and eliminating the need for lubrication during operation.
The braking spring is arranged inside the spring tube and equipped with a torque scale. The braking torque is displayed intuitively and can be easily adjusted.
Card-mounted insert-type brake pads: asbestos-free, safe and reliable, with convenient and quick replacement.
Interlocking Equal-Travel Clearance Device: During operation, it consistently maintains equal clearance between the brake pads on both sides, preventing one side from floating against the brake wheel due to uneven clearance.
The brake's delayed release or closure can be achieved by adding an ascending or descending valve to the actuator.
The following additional functions can be achieved by installing an extra brake device:
Automatic Compensation Device for Brake Pad Wear: Enables stepless, automatic compensation of brake shoe retraction and braking torque as the brake pads wear down.
Gate-opening or gate-closing indicator switch: Enables signal display or interlock protection to confirm whether the brake is properly opening or closing.
Pad Wear Limit Indicator Switch: Enables signal display or interlock protection when brake pad wear reaches its limit.
Manual release mechanism: Allows the brake to be disengaged when the actuator is in a non-operational state (for maintenance during power outages).
● Terms of Use
Ambient temperature: -20°C to 50°C.
The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 90%.
The installation altitude complies with GB755-2008.
Flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases are prohibited in the work environment.
Otherwise, explosion-proof or corrosion-resistant products should be used.
Power supply: Three-phase AC, 50 Hz, 380 V⎓
(Our company can provide products with different frequencies and voltages.)
Work schedule: S1, S3 – 60%.
Outdoor exposure to rain, snow, or corrosive gases and media calls for the use of corrosion-resistant products.
