● Uses and Key Features

Compared to drum brakes, it boasts advantages such as a compact structure, strong braking power, and easy installation. It is primarily used in various industries—including lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, construction machinery, cables, slinging equipment, wind turbines, and textile machinery—as a mechanical brake or speed reducer配套 with diverse mechanical drives.

It has strong braking power, just like industrial brakes.

In cases of detected speeding, it serves as an emergency brake; under normal conditions, the static brake features a short response time. It also boasts wide installation tolerances: the brake disc face runout is limited to a maximum of ±0.2 mm, while the base’s perpendicularity deviation relative to the disc is within ±0.4%.

Note: ① ST1SEcj and ST2SEcj are suitable exclusively for use as safety brakes, but can also serve as service brakes when used infrequently.

②5SEcj, 450SEcj, 4SECJX and 3SECJ with padded wear automatic compensation mechanism (ensuring stable braking torque).

● Terms of Use

Ambient temperature: -20°C to 50°C.

Flammable and explosive gases are prohibited in the surrounding work environment.

The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 90%.

The altitude of the installation location complies with GB755-2008.

Outdoor products exposed to rain, snow erosion, or corrosive gases and media should be corrosion-resistant.
