● Uses and Key Features
Used for braking and decelerating various mechanisms in machinery such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, construction, and more.
The QP series features spring braking and pneumatic release, while the CQP series uses air pressure for braking and relies on springs for release.
The overall structure is simple, compact in size, and lightweight.

Brake pads are easy and convenient to adjust after wear.
Each specification of the QP series brake offers a disc diameter that allows for four-level adjustment of braking torque.
All power sources can be used without separate setup, as they can be integrated into the existing air compressor station. By installing a speed control valve in the air supply line, the braking time can be adjusted continuously and seamlessly.
The brake pads are installed using a compression spring clip mechanism, making replacement quick and convenient.
● Terms of Use
Ambient temperature: -5°C to 40°C.
Working pressure: The QP series operates at 5–7 bar, while the CQP series is rated at ≤7 bar.
Outdoor exposure to rain, snow, or corrosive gases and media requires the use of corrosion-resistant products; the air source should be free of oil, water, and other impurities.
