YLBZ (CJ) Series Hydraulic Wheel Hub Brakes
Category:
Anti-Wind Brakes
Detailed introduction
● Uses and Key Features
Primarily used as wind-resistant brakes during operational conditions for large cranes and port handling machinery employed in open-air environments such as ports and terminals, as well as auxiliary wind-resistant brakes for non-operational states.
Compact in structure, elegant in design.
The disc-spring hydraulic cylinder boasts excellent performance and is designed, produced, and manufactured strictly in accordance with GB/T15622-1995.
Featuring a normally closed design, the hydraulic station applies force to the disc spring for release—ensuring safety and reliability.
Set limit switches to implement interlock protection.
Asbestos-free friction pads offer stable performance, feature a novel and unique installation design, and are easy to interchange.
The brake block mechanism employs a linkage structure, ensuring that when the brake is released, the friction pads maintain an even gap across their entire surface relative to the wheel end face. This eliminates the previous issue of friction pads floating loosely against the brake wheel in the released position.
Corrosion-resistant design— all fasteners and pivot pins are made from stainless steel.
● Terms of Use
Ambient temperature: -5°C to +40°C.
Work pressure: 8 MPa.
Outdoor exposure to rain, snow, or corrosive gases and media calls for the use of corrosion-resistant products.
Technical specifications: Wind-resistant capacity of a single windproof iron wedge brake (converted into a horizontal force F).
F = f × N Wheel (N rounds represent wheel pressure; f is the coefficient of friction = 0.46.) The total number of units to be installed, S, is calculated as S = 2.5PW/F (where PW is wind =CKh Q&A) Refer to the crane design specifications.
The altitude of the installation location complies with the relevant provisions of GB755-2000.
