● Uses and Key Features
Primarily used for wind-resistant braking and mechanical locking—both during operation and in non-operational states—in rail-mounted large and medium-sized cranes, as well as in loading and unloading machinery at ports and terminals.
Constantly closed design, disc spring top-rail braking, hydraulic release—safe and reliable.
The friction blocks are made from high-wear-resistant steel, ensuring reliable performance.
Equipped with a manual release mechanism: It allows the brake to be disengaged even when there is no working oil pressure. Easy to install and maintain.
It is equipped with an open-gate limit (display) switch (K1), which can provide signal indication of whether the top rail brake is operating correctly, as well as interlock protection.
