● Uses and Key Features
BEd CJ Explosion-proof electro-hydraulic actuators are primarily used as the driving mechanism for electric hydraulic drum brakes. They can also perform rapid reciprocating, rotary, or oscillating motions via lever mechanisms, making them suitable for industries such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port operations, and construction.
Its explosion-proof performance complies with the requirements of GB3836.2-2010, "Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosures ‘d’," and is marked with "ExdIMD" and "ExdllCT4Gb." These markings are specifically designed for use in underground coal mines as well as in hazardous areas classified as II A, II B, and IIC (Class I, Class II A, Class II B, and Class II C), where explosive mixtures of flammable gases or vapors with air may be present at temperatures ranging from T1 to T4.
● Terms of Use
Altitude does not exceed 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature: -20°C to +40°C.
The monthly average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month at the installation site shall not exceed 90%, and the average minimum temperature for that month must be no lower than 25.13°C, allowing condensation to occur on the product surface due to temperature fluctuations.
The pollution level of the surrounding environment is permitted at Level 3.
The power supply is three-phase AC: 127V/220V, 380V/660V, 660V/1140V, 50Hz (60Hz).
