This hydraulic station is specifically designed for brake control, featuring an independent, integrated hydraulic unit that precisely manages the direction, pressure, and flow of the oil. It is perfectly suited for (safety) braking control in various drive control systems. The station is connected to the hydraulic brake via piping and, upon receiving passive switch signals from the drive control system, seamlessly executes (safety) braking operations.

This station features wind and rain protection, weather resistance, simple control, a wide range of applications, and zero leakage.
Major electrical and hydraulic components are sourced from renowned manufacturers such as Rexroth, Yuyan, Asada, ABB, and Siemens.
The fluid system features a leak-free solenoid valve and an accumulator configuration, enabling superior and faster gate-opening and closing performance.
Initiate automatic completion of pressure storage and pressure-holding control; features a safety braking function in case of unexpected power failure or overload.
The device can also feature a soft braking function upon request.
Configure the manual pump so that, even without power, the brake can be easily released by hand.
Simply accepting the master passive switch signal is enough to complete the brake's open and close control.
